The primary driver must present a valid and original driving license at the time of vehicle pickup.
For international customers, a license from your home country along with an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required.
The license must have been held for a minimum of 1 to 2 years (depending on the vehicle class or local law).
Learner's Permits or photocopies of licenses are not accepted.
All our vehicles include basic Third-Party Liability Insurance.
Customers have the option to purchase a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) to cover damage to the rental vehicle.
Note that CDW and TP typically involve an "Excess" or "Deductible" amount, which the customer is responsible for in case of a claim.
Coverage is void if the vehicle is operated under the influence or due to gross negligence.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for rental payment and security deposit. Debit card acceptance may vary by location and vehicle category.
Payment can be made online at the time of reservation or at the counter during pickup.
A security deposit is mandatory and must be held on a valid credit card. This block is released upon the safe return of the vehicle.
Cash payments may only be accepted for specific local rentals, but a card is usually required for the deposit.
Cancellation: Full refunds are usually provided if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this window are subject to a cancellation fee.
Modification: Changes to the date, time, or vehicle category are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.
No-Show: If the vehicle is not picked up at the reserved time, the prepaid amount may be forfeited.
